3WSchools: What is it?

I looked into a programmer / developer tool to gain a better understanding of their resources.  W3Schools.com is a tool that I reviewed to help students learn more about coding and developing a website  The site is geared towards web developers and boasts that it is the largest Web Developer Site on the Internet.  It provides information to aspiring and veteran web developers regarding multiple languages: HTML5, CSS, PHP, Javascript, and SQL.  These are the languages that create a functioning websites, along with the dynamic pages that most users have come to enjoy and experience everyday.

W3Schools provides helpful tools, tips, and insights to website developers as they create sites for businesses, individuals, or organizations to promote and brand themselves.  The site doesn't just provide coding tips and articles to read but it also provides a testing site to run your newly written code.

There is even a means of getting certified in various languages: XML, Bootstrap, jQuery, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.  It is an essential tool for anyone building a website from scratch and wanting to learn more about programming. Should you decide to delve into this area of website design there are some other tutorial self-paced eLearning sites that can help you understand coding better: lynda.com and freecodecamp.org.

In 2018, there are multiple ways a student can continue to learn outside of the traditional classroom. Take advantage of the above resources to help you achieve further success by trying it yourself!
